The source of DP Eurasia N.V., the master franchisee of the Domino's Pizza network in Turkey, Russia, Georgia and Azerbaijan, allowed the sale of the Russian business. The insider has already been given the names of the buyers: allegedly they are Senator Arsen Kanokov, restaurateurs Anton Pinsky and Alexander Kolobov. The first two were potential buyers of the Russian MakDonalds, but eventually acquired the Starbucks coffee chain. In Saratov, a pizzeria operates on a franchise basis.
– DP Eurasia is assessing its presence in Russia, the impact of sanctions and the further ability to continue serving customers in the Russian Federation, the master franchisee said in a statement. – In this regard, the company is considering various possibilities, which may include the sale of the Russian business. As work on a potential deal continues, there is no certainty about its outcome.
Recall that in the spring DP Eurasia N.V. suspended investments in Russian businesses and waived royalties from local restaurants. As of October 31, DP Eurasia N.V. united 845 points of sale. At the same time, the company's website states that it has 188 restaurants in the country, of which 92 operated as a franchise as of May 1 this year.
Brief insiders have already named potential buyers, including Kabardino-Balkarian senator Arsen Kanokov, restaurateurs Anton Pinsky and Alexander Kolobov, as well as Russian lawyer and investor Alexander Garez and Rostislav Ordovsky-Tanaevsky Blanco. The latter is the head of the ROSTIK'C-KFC group, the leading operator of which, Rosinter Restaurants Holding, manages network projects in the family restaurant segment (the brands IL Patio, Planet Sushi, T.G.I. Friday's, American Bar and grill”, “1-2-3 Cafe”, “Siberian Crown”, “Moka Loka”, Cafe Des Artistes, “Santa Fe”, “Stove-shops” and others).
Recall that that recently Kanokov, Pinsky and Kolobov were called applicants for the purchase of the Russian network MakDonalds. However, later it became known that Pinsky, rapper Timati and Kanokov's holding “Sindika” bought the Russian chain of coffee houses of the American brand Starbucks

In Saratov, there is only one individual entrepreneur with such a full name. The businessman was registered in 2003, the main activity is retail trade in cosmetics and perfumery. In additional – wholesale trade in alcohol, production of ready-made food products, activities of restaurants and clothing trade.
The latter is associated with the brand “Your” – a store in Mirny Lane is registered on the IP. A similar store operates in Engels, in the Avrora shopping center. Here, Mr. Polkovov was pointed out a violation of labor laws. In addition, his full namesake is a defendant in the arbitration case on the bankruptcy of the Moscow developer JSC Construction Management No. 155, which started back in 2016 and has not yet been closed.
From 2010 to 2022, Vladimir Polkovov was listed as a director and co-founder of Eurooil Saratov. The second co-founder Leonid Stepanov was a member of the trade union of Saratovstroysteklo JSC until 2021.
According to open sources, the legal entity of Domino's Pizza in Russia has so far been Pizza Restaurants LLC, registered in 2012. Founder – Dutch FIDESRUS B.V. Last year's revenue grew by 7%, amounting to 3.9 billion rubles, the loss decreased by 99%, to 23.7 million rubles. In October of the current year, LLC “Pizza Restaurants SZ” was registered at the same address (another office) and with the same type of activity. Its founder is Muscovite Alla Lozinina, and since December 5, its director has been Vadim Nazarov. His TIN was issued in Saratov.
