The Dnipro Court of Appeal changed the measure of restraint from uncontested detention to round-the-clock house arrest with the wearing of electronic means of control against those accused of spreading criminal influence in the territory of the Dnipropetrovsk region – 41-year-old Denis Zhmudsky and 39-year-old Serhiy Mariychuk (who are considered to be watching over Marganets and Tomakovka respectively), as well as 64-year-old criminal authority Yuri Seredenko, nicknamed “Yura Donetsk”, known in the status of the so-called Nikopol “position” from the thief in law Sergei Oleinik (“Umka”).
