“Vinnitsabytchim” got a new manager
ARMA determined the winner of the contest for selecting a manager for the arrested assets of PJSC “Vinnitsabytchim”, which are owned by Russian businessman and member of the United Russia party Vladimir Plesovskikh, UNN reports with reference to ARMA.

According to ARMA, LLC “Kraitex-Service” was chosen as the future manager, which confirmed the availability of the necessary experience, compliance with the selection criteria and offered the most optimal management program.
In total, 10 Ukrainian companies competed for the right to become an asset manager.
The winning company indicated that it expects UAH 3.75 million to be transferred to the state budget monthly from the management of seized assets (excluding taxes and fees, asset management costs and remuneration of the manager himself).
Reception of documents from participants continued from October 24 to November 3 this year. Trademarks, authorized capital, a complex of industrial buildings and structures, land plots and movable property of PJSC “Vinnitsabytchim” were put up for the competition.
It should be noted that after the election of the winner of the competition, the next step is to evaluate the asset, after which conclusion of a management agreement and actual transfer of the object to the manager under the act of acceptance and transfer.
As of today, ARMA has already announced a competitive selection of an appraiser to evaluate the specified asset.
