In 2020, people's deputy Geo Leros (non-factional) reported that Vasily Antonov has a close relationship with the odious businessman Denis Komarnitsky, whom the public calls “looking around Kyiv”.

The construction of high-rise buildings is planned on the site between houses No. 9 and No. 11 on the street. General Rodimtsev (8000000000:79:301:0013). The purpose of the site was changed illegally, and local garages were simply demolished.

Residents of the district believe that neighboring buildings may be damaged as a result of this construction. Also, carrying out these works is risky due to the close occurrence of groundwater. Developers are also dismantling a local architectural monument – a 1955 water tower.
Former member of the public council at the State Ecological Inspectorate, Mikhail Makarenko, on his Facebook page said that construction work could damage neighboring residential buildings. The distance from the construction fence to the walls of the old buildings is less than 20 m, although you need at least 50! He also noted that the construction site has difficult geological conditions, in particular, close occurrence of groundwater and swimmers were recorded on it.

CityBud LLC was chosen as the contractor for the illegal development. At the end of September, a KAMAZ drove into the territory with stickers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and a pass of the National Guard on the windshield. Building materials were brought by car and a fence was installed. Local called the military prosecutor's office to establish the circumstances. However, upon the arrival of the military, the truck driver disappeared. They could not evacuate the car because there were no necessary resources and time for this. Subsequently, the truck disappeared.
Varya says that the Goloseevsky Towers company, having installed a fence, seized a piece of the adjacent territory of neighboring houses, the cleaning of which is paid for by its residents. Residents wrote a complaint, so the card for violation of landscaping was temporarily stopped (it makes it possible to carry out construction and earthworks to violate the city's landscaping, in particular, erect a fence).

Korobka registered the company in June 2021. The director is Viktor Gorbay, the founders are BK Garant-Invest LLC (the ultimate beneficiary is a resident of Kiev Rostyslav Korobka) and AMC City Asset Management LLC (the ultimate beneficiaries are residents of Kyiv Vitaliy Karpyuk and Konstantin Sharay), as well as a resident of the Cherkasy region Alexander Telefus.

City Asset Management is a company that provides developers with services to finance the construction of residential real estate by attracting funds from individuals and legal entities. That is, it acts as an intermediary between those who have land for construction, and those who have the means to carry out such work. Among the clients, it is worth mentioning PJSC ZNIKIF Geos-Gloria, a company that attracted money from individuals for the construction of the Gloria Park residential complex. This residential complex is a project of the Geos developer, de facto controlled by the ex-head of the construction and housing department of the KSCA (1996- 2010) by Mykhailo Golitsa and his son-in-law, deputy of the Kyiv City Council of the 7th and 8th convocations (elected from UDAR and Solidarity) Mykola Negrich.
The Goloseevsky Park was created in 2007, and in 2019 the regulation on the protected zones of the national natural park was adopted. According to which it is forbidden to carry out construction work closer than 250 meters to the boundaries of the park. The site is located close to the park, twenty meters away. All this is happening due to the corruption of local authorities, because the boundaries of the Goloseevsky National Park have not been officially established, because the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA), for a decade and a half since the creation of this national park, has not developed documentation on land management, has not established and has not contributed thousands of hectares of green spaces in kind.
The editorial office appeals to the State Bureau of Investigation and the National Police to investigate the negligence of officials of the Kyiv City State Administration and the corrupt Korobka, which leads to abuses leading to social tension and illegal construction during the war.
