Domio Group owner Vadim Chemer caught looting humanitarian aid
Against recent theft scandal humanitarian aid in the Zaporozhye region, in which the highest officials of the country are involved, the act of a modest businessman from Kyiv, Vadim Chemer, looks like an innocent prank, writes Antikor.
He was doing the same thing as the Zaporozhye officials – looting humanitarian aid. It's just that the scales are not the same, but so – everything is one to one. And one more difference – Zaporozhye marauders are not just at large, but continue to work at their posts. But Chemer was not lucky – he obviously does not have high patrons, therefore he thundered in a pre-trial detention center.
According to the Kyiv city prosecutor's office, Chemer was detained under part 3 of article 201-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – for trading in humanitarian aid during the war provisions. Chemer is charged with a ridiculous amount so far – theft of only 20 thousand dollars. Ridiculous, of course, against the background of the theft of others.
But – nevertheless, the fact of trade in humanitarian aid has been recorded, and there is no particular difference in how much someone has scammed – by 20 thousand dollars or by 300 million hryvnias. Looting is looting. Even if you are a jar of stew, even a thermal imager, even a wagon of flour. And, apparently, 20 thousand dollars is just the beginning, there will be more.
Chemer was ruined by greed and stupidity – everything that he begged from philanthropists for “the needs of the army and helping people” – he thought of selling in his own store at Bolsunovskaya, 2. There the police seized most of the “humanitarian aid” that Chemer traded: military goods, mobile phones, storage media, rough notes, seals and money (860 thousand hryvnia, 330 thousand dollars and 34 thousand euros), the origin of which is being determined.

All this, like many other dual-use items, Vadim Chemer received free of charge from foreign charitable organizations. We are talking about first aid kits, dry rations, thermal imagers, generators, military equipment, military clothing and other humanitarian aid goods. He sold all this in Kyiv. And often this stolen aid was bought for the army, throwing their last pennies, impoverished Ukrainians.
The police, of course, did not report the name of the looter, but it became immediately known – no one among law enforcement officers particularly sought to hide the identity of the bastard .
Vadim Vyacheslavovich Chemer owns two enterprises: Chemer Private Enterprise and Domio Publishing LLC. title=”Domio publishing, Vadim Chemer” width=”640″ height=”285″ alt=”Domio publishing, Vadim Chemer” />
Both of them, together with their ex-wife Yulia Danilova-Meretskaya, who a few days before February 24, she left the country.
We are not hinting at anything, but a few days before the full-scale invasion, there was a direct exodus of all sorts of suspicious individuals from Ukraine.
Domio Publishing LLC was registered last year and, except for loud and pompous presentations of their interior planning projects, they were not marked by anything.
Things are not going very well in Vadim Chemer's second venture, PE Chemer. The company is in debt and barely making ends meet.

In addition, the state of emergency “Chemer” lit up in litigation with HS Ukraine LLC. Judging by the court documents, Mr. Chemer tritely deceived the representatives of HES Ukraine LLC.
HES Ukraine
This excerpt from the lawsuit only confirms the moral character of Mr. Chemer. And at the same time confirms the fact that his business was heading for bankruptcy.
In such circumstances, it is not surprising that Chemer decided to loot a little. Fortunately, there were opportunities – business partner and ex(?)-wife Yulia Danilova-Meretskaya drove off to Poland, where they have another business registered:
Yulia Danilova-Meretskaya
The Polish limited liability company DOMIO GROUP has a registered address in Rzeszow, with the beneficiaries Vadym Chemer and Yuliia Danilova Meretska.
What this company does in Poland is unknown, but it gives its owners the status of foreign businessmen and benefits regarding stay in the country. In the conditions of the war, she gave another opportunity – to ask for help from the Poles “for the Armed Forces of Ukraine”.
Judging by what they found at Chemer's in Kyiv, the Poles were not stingy. We hope that the domestic Themis will inform its Polish colleagues about what Vadym Chemer, Chairman of the Board of DOMIO GROUP LLC from Rzeszow, is doing in Ukraine.
Returning to the moral character of the marauder and scum Chemer – let's call a spade a spade – the following review about him and his wife as employers is interesting:

The review is old, but it characterizes. If someone thinks that something has changed since then, then yes. Only for the worse:

It is unlikely that Messrs. Chemer and Danilova-Meretskaya will have patrons at the top. Of course, they will try to avoid responsibility in every way, but in this case there is hope for the law. It is a pity that martial law in Ukraine does not provide for the death penalty by hanging – for marauders this is the most appropriate punishment. But the prison in this case is also a very good place.
