Auction winners have been determined in five procedures, but contracts have not yet been signed: Bakhmachgazstroyservis LLC (UAH 2.02 billion), Sumy Regional Avtodor State Enterprise (UAH 3.09 billion), Inates LLC (UAH 1.88 billion) UAH ), Road Construction LLC (UAH 1.25 billion), Dynasty Trading House LLC (UAH 1.83 billion). These are all local companies.
At least four people are present during the call. Three of them are employees of the State Enterprise “Roads of Sumy Region”, owned by the regional administration. These are director Miroslav Zavalny, accountant and head of the tender department Pavel Nishcheta. The fourth one is an adviser to the governor of the Sumy region Beznis.
